The main thrust for forming our new Real Estate Company is the belief that we can reach the top of our industry by achieving and offering higher standards. Higher standards in sales, marketing and asset management of both commercial and residential property, together with higher standards in people skills within our organisation and attitude towards the general public.

Both Miguel and Rod wanted to be associated with people who are ethical, driven and passionate about their careers and in going forward, this is something they are both extremely excited about.

Our company is proud to have formed an association with the Princess Margaret Hospital and it is this association that will result in funds being directed to “the kids” from every property De Freitas & Ryan either sell or lease. Yes each month part of the proceeds of every transaction within our Company will be forwarded to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation in Perth and we intend building on this valuable relationship over the coming years.

The Rotary International four way test has helped form the foundation philosophy in all our business and relationship dealings.
