Well we’ve got off to a “cracking” start to 2011 with all hands on deck (except for Thailand Mark) and everyone’s refreshed and ready to go after having a well earned break.

Yes, Sam it’s time to put Santa back in the cupboard for another year and boy what a year it’s been for us all at De Freitas & Ryan. 2011 is shaping up to be another big year in Real Estate with many exciting projects already underway.
- Happy New Year Nuno
I’ve never seen the “Portuguese Man of War” look so nervous . Our Nuno Ouro has just completed his third year as Senior Property Manager with our company and he’s the man to deal with if you have a property to lease.
Now I’ve just had “Migi the Marvel” on the phone telling me what he’s listed and sold so far this year and may I say he’s quite amazing considering the short week and time of the year. Sir Milton Coombe has just headed off to sign up an offer on something and yes it’s all go.

Big Trav has just completed another highly successful year in the business and he has also been of great assistance to our new members of staff that joined our company in 2010. Thanks for all the assistance and support you and your beautiful wife Dalena give to our company and 2011 is going to be something very special for all of us Big Boy.
We would also like to again thank our public for being so supportive of our company and the kind words and thoughts conveyed to us during the festive season. We are continually striving to offer the best Real Estate service here in Western Australia and we will continue to do so for both our existing and new clients we hope to attract throughout 2011.
