New office opening soon in Perth

It's Been Another Big Week In Real Estate

Property Blog - Week 173
By Rod Ryan and Dalena Lindstrom

Our workplace is a really large showroom / office, however it’s becoming more like a “factory” as the noise in here from all the activity is really becoming very, very noticeable. Guess that’s a good thing as with all the enthusiasm and business activity here, this place is really going off. Seriously when you read the paper and watch the news you’d be excused for thinking the real estate industry was dead and buried, but I’m here to tell you that’s certainly not the case.

Big commission cheque hey Jason

Our people in all divisions are extremely busy and even our young, up and coming people like Jason are being well rewarded for their efforts.

Now as our business expands and our sphere of influence increases, we have to cater for the needs of our client base. Some of our keen, enthusiastic, budding young “Rupert Murdoch’s” are now extending our advertising and marketing into the Canning Vale area through to Victoria Park and as a result have made the proprietors of the local newspaper people very happy. We are big supporters of local paper advertising so watch this space.

It’s important that business people recognise local charities and even though our main charity is the Princess Margaret Hospital, we do our best to help and support where we can.

Grahame and Dane have been in and out of the office all day today and I’ve been trying to “pin them down” to see how they’re going with a couple of exciting new listings they’ve picked up. As a matter of fact everyone in this place is becoming harder and harder to “pin down” as they all seem to be too busy.

El Presidate Tony Romano tells me he needs another assistant as he doesn’t have enough hours in the day and the worst part is he’s serious.

Big Trav is off today however he’s been down in Kwinana this morning trying to put a really large deal together. Yesterday he sold another one in Port Kennedy and he is absolutely flying with a huge weekend ahead of him. Robo’s too busy to talk to me so is Adrian so maybe everyone’s actually trying to tell me something.

I’m one of these people who likes to know what’s going on and I can be a bit of a nuisance, but I guess I just love this company and this industry and I can’t help but be excited about what we’re building.

Time to go as I’ve got to list a property in Aubin Grove and help sort out a management in Fremantle we’ve just taken over from one of our competitors.

All the best, have a great weekend and I’ll catch you again after another Big Week In Real estate.
