Where do I start. I don’t think I’ve ever been more busy in my life. I just got into the office for the first time today and it’s nearly 3pm.
“It’s Been A Big Week in Real Estate’ as a matter of fact it’s been a really BIG week in real estate here at De Freitas & Ryan.
We’ve had some highs and lows this week in the results department but the people in this place are enormously resilient and just keep on moving forward.
We’ve had sales this week in Hammond Park, Jandakot, Ardross, Fremantle, Yangebup, Yangebup, Yangebup and everyone is extremely busy. We’ve listed really well this week and Trav is “sweating’ on a big deal this afternoon. “Good luck, Trav and don’t forget the crayfish.’
Nuno picked a good week to paint his house as it’s been raining and blowing a gale here in Perth. He has been severely missed here at the office as we’ve been extremely busy in our Rental Department.
We’ve just picked up a beautiful home in Spearwood for lease at $850pw and we’ve got a 5:30pm tonight in Baldivis to pick up another 4 x 2 new home as a rental. Our list of properties is growing and as a result, we’ve had to call on Tanya to help us out this week.
Mig’s just given me the thumbs up as he has just sold a storage unit and Trav has just had a really good call in relation to his big sale.
Mig and I have an announcement to make next week in regard to our business and yes, it’s all go here at De Freitas & Ryan.
I’ve got a 4pm appointment with a young fellow who is keen to join our company and Pete’s just told me he’s cancelled the photo shoot for his Yangebup “Happy Vendors’ “Happy Neighbours’ (Pete sells two at a time these days) so it will have to wait for next week’s blog.
We had a blackout in our office for most of the day yesterday so no lights, no computers, no phones, and no hope of doing business so anyway, it all adds up to a lot of fun.
